By accessing or using SavyPrimeClub ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SavyPrimeClub. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

The Service

SavyPrimeClub is a deal-alert membership service. For a subscription fee, we curate and deliver personalised Amazon deal alerts directly to your email inbox, based on the product categories and frequency preferences you select.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of any significant changes.

Membership & Billing

Subscription

Membership is billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of sign-up. Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@savyprimeclub.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Refunds

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days and we will review your case. We handle all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

Affiliate Disclosure

The commission we receive helps us to keep the service running and to continue finding great deals for our members. It does not influence which deals we select — our sole criterion is that the discount meets our quality threshold and represents genuine value.

We are committed to transparency: any link contained in our deal alert emails may be an affiliate link. You are under no obligation to use our links; you can always go directly to Amazon.co.uk if you prefer.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute deal alerts or your membership credentials
• Use automated systems to access, scrape, or copy content from the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with any part of the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content produced by SavyPrimeClub — including the website design, text, branding, and deal curation — is our property or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Product images, descriptions, and prices sourced from Amazon remain the property of Amazon or the respective brand owners.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we make every effort to verify the accuracy of deal information before sending, we cannot guarantee that:

• A deal will still be available at the time you click the link (prices and stock change rapidly on Amazon)
• The discount percentage displayed is always accurate to the nearest penny
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times

We recommend always confirming the final price on Amazon before completing a purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SavyPrimeClub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your account is being used fraudulently.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) shall do so.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice on the website. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
